To celebrate its growing family of over 2,000 employees, DAMAC Properties has launched the ‘DAMAC Long Service Awards’. The first edition of the awards ceremony, launched at the lawns of the Trump International Golf Course, recognised team members who have been instrumental in DAMAC’s success story.
“I am humbled to be part of this celebration in the honour of my colleagues, some of whom have been with us for over 20 years and continue to be fundamental to our family. This ceremony not only highlights their efforts, but it is also a reiteration of our commitment towards them,” explained Hussain Sajwani, CM of DAMAC Properties. “We endeavour to maintain our close, family-oriented approach, despite rapid growth. None of this would have been possible without our long-serving team members who have been the building blocks of DAMAC’s culture of excellence.”
The DAMAC Long Service Awards honours employees who have dedicated over five years to the growth of their team and is part of a series of employee initiatives that are being rolled out by DAMAC.
