DAMAC Lagoons progresses as new contracts awarded
DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, 17 May 2023: DAMAC Properties, one of the leading luxury real estate developers in the Middle East, has awarded contracts for the main works of two clusters, Nice N2 and Nice N3, and the backbone infrastructure works at the DAMAC Lagoons master community development in Dubai Land.
The contract for the main works of Nice N2 and Nice N3 clusters has been awarded to Delta Al Emarate Building Contracting (L.L.C).

Dubai, UAE, 01 May 2023: DAMAC Properties becomes the first developer in Dubai to sign a new registrations process with the Dubai Land Department that simplifies the registration of all sales transactions directly.
An agreement was signed between Majid Saqer Al-Marri - CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Aqil Jaffar Ali, Senior Vice President, DAMAC.
