DAMAC Lagoons Unveils Second Phase of its Morocco Cluster
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 30 August 2023: After the successful launch of its Morocco 1 cluster in May, UAE-based real estate developer DAMAC Properties announces the launch of its successor Morocco 2 at its third and upcoming master development, DAMAC Lagoons.
The marvel of Morocco comes alive in a majestic manner in myriad forms, shapes and textures. Homes in this cluster harmoniously blend customary regional elements with contemporary influences, resulting in a sophisticated aura of elegance and modern living.

In this impressive community, residents will have the chance to explore a serene garden adorned with traditional rugs and carpets, a botanical garden, and a cactus garden inspired by the Jardin Majorelle in Marrakesh. Other facilities include a play area, a yoga area, and an observation deck for panoramic vistas.
Amenities in the cluster will include fishing ponds, floating platforms that can be converted to tea stations as well as floating walkways, teahouse tents offering fresh Moroccan brews and sweets, a serenity garden with vibrant Moroccan carpets and rugs, a play area for kids and adults both, a cactus garden with birds and fountains, argan tree gardens, an outdoor yoga studio, a light maze as well as botanical and aromatic gardens.
There will be a dedicated concert stage inspired by the Moroccan city of Chefchaouen, where residents can browse an outdoor library, or explore the arts and crafts studio. A mélange of Moroccan cuisine can also be experienced at this cluster including an orange clementine café, and a watermelon bar.
The heart of the cluster will offer a relaxation area featuring private tents, Moroccan pouffes, as well as a glow-in-the-dark golf arena.
The Morocco 1 cluster featured 4 and 5-bedroom townhouses along with 6 and 7-bedroom villas with interiors projecting the country’s intricate woodworks and design features, and Morocco 2 cluster will offer the same.
Located adjacent to DAMAC Hills, the DAMAC Lagoons community enjoys an advantageous location to various schools, entertainment centres, and hospitals, all within close reach.
