Paramount Hotel Midtown won gold at the Chef Excellence Awards 2023, while Malibu Sky Lounge & Bar - Highly Recommended, Under Best Rooftop Venue was awarded The Big Night Life Award 2023. DAMAC’s facilities management and LOAMS were also was also recognised for their excellence by being awarded the Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA) Corporate Member and Highly Commended for Excellence in FM Health & Safety.
Onwards to Success
DAMAC Properties has been striving ahead with significant achievements and progress across its regional and global portfolio. Over the past 18 months, the developer has launched more than 10 branded residences in the UAE as well as announced its plans for a luxury apartment complex in Surfside, US, which will be designed by global brand Zaha Hadid Architects.
The company’s branded residence in London, DAMAC Tower Nine Elms, the first branded project by Versace in Europe, was handed over to its customers this early 2023, while DAMAC’s luxury resort project in the Maldives is progressing at a positive pace.
The third master community currently under development, DAMAC Lagoons, has also been shaping up in an impressive manner. This year alone, the company awarded contracts worth AED 2.4 billion for DAMAC Lagoons, which is currently developing 11 different Mediterranean-themed clusters spread across a total area of 45 million sq ft area.
