Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 12 October 2023: DAMAC Real Estate Development Limited (“DAMAC”), rated Ba2 (stable outlook) by Moody’s and BB- (positive outlook) by S&P, one of the leading developers of high-end properties in the Middle East, successfully settled a 3.5-year US$300,000,000 trust certificates with a profit rate of 8.375% per annum due 12 April 2027.

The deal received strong support from the global investor community with the book oversubscribed by 2.1 times.

The transaction was facilitated by Emirates NBD Capital, HSBC and J.P. Morgan (B&D) as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank, GFH Financial Group, and Mashreq acting as Joint Bookrunners.
