DAMAC Properties Enhances Client Experience with New Happiness Centre

To further elevate their clients’ experience, the DAMAC Client Happiness Centre has relocated to DAMAC Mall in DAMAC Hills, offering improved accessibility, convenience and extended operating hours.

With wellbeing and convenience of clients at the forefront,DAMAC Properties is excited to announce a range of enhancements and new features to its new Customer Happiness Centre.

The relocation of the Happiness Centre from DAMAC Executive Heights to DAMAC Mall is a strategic move aimed at providing clients with a more accessible and convenient location for all their real estate needs.

With the extension of its operating hours, the Centre will now be able to serve clients seven days a week, ensuring that expert assistance and support are readily available whenever needed.

Since the relocation, DAMAC has witnessed a significant increase in the number of clients visiting the Happiness Centre. This underscores the importance of the new location in offering greater accessibility and convenience to clients.

The Happiness Centre will continue to offer clients a wide range of services, including assistance with payments, service charges, property resale requests, and other customer-related enquiries. The aim is to provide a one-stop solution for all client needs.

DAMAC Properties is also proud to report a notable improvement in its Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores since May 2023 for the walk-in Happiness Centre. The CSAT score for Walk-in clients has increased by 16% during this period, demonstrating the company's dedication to enhancing the overall client experience. This notable improvement reflects DAMAC Properties' ongoing commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.

In addition to the existing facility, DAMAC is also set to open a dedicated Happiness Centre for Elite clients at DAMAC Mall.

A New Address, A New Experience

The recently-opened DAMAC Mall is an expansive 110,000 square foot space, envisioned to be a hub of unique shopping and lifestyle experiences. Located within the DAMAC Hills master community, the mall features major international and local brands across various categories, including 30 retail stores and 10 F&B outlets.

These include a 28,000-square-foot Spinneys supermarket, Starbucks, Papa John's, Vietnamese Foodies, American Wax, Al Jaber Opticals, Al Ain Pharmacy and Lingo Play Area for children. A 9,000 square foot Fitness First gym and a dedicated 8,000 square foot MEDCARE medical facility are slated to open soon.

With its unique retail mix across diverse categories that meet the requirements of a community mall, DAMAC Mall expects an annual footfall of around 1.3 million visitors. In addition to the spacious interiors, the mall has a large parking area capable of accommodating 360 vehicles.
