DAMAC Properties’ Branded-duo Approaches Construction Milestones

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 14 September 2023: DAMAC Properties, a leading luxury real estate developer, has announced substantial advancements in its latest projects, Chic Tower and Elegance Tower, located in the prestigious Business Bay and Downtown areas of Dubai.

With the lead consultant appointed and the design phase now at an impressive 90% completion, Chic Tower is well on its way to transforming the city's skyline.

Enabling and piling works are already 70% completed, showcasing the dedicated efforts of the construction teams. The main works package tender is currently underway, with an anticipated appointment slated for October 2023. This timely step sets the stage for further momentum in the project.

As part of the meticulous timeline, DAMAC Properties expects the completion of sub and superstructure works by October 2025. The grand finale is anticipated in June 2026, with the Building Completion Certificate (BCC) expected to be granted, bringing the project to its final stages. The Project Delivery Date (ACD) is scheduled for October 2026, ushering in a new era of elegance and luxury in the Business Bay district.

In tandem with Chic Tower's progress, Elegance Tower is rapidly taking shape and carving its niche as a beacon of sophistication in Downtown Dubai, at a short distance away from Dubai Mall. The lead consultant has been appointed, and the design phase is nearing completion.

Enabling and piling works have advanced significantly, currently close to 75% completion. The main works package tender, mirroring the timeline of Chic Tower, is anticipated to culminate in an appointment by October 2023, propelling the project into its next phase.

DAMAC Properties is committed to upholding the highest standards of construction efficiency. With the targeted completion of sub and superstructure works by February 2025, Elegance Tower is on course to realise its full potential. Building Completion Certificate (BCC) is projected to be obtained by January 2026, followed by the Project Delivery Date (ACD) in March 2026.

With 41 stories, Chic Tower is designed to instill wellness and healthy living in a unique luxurious setting, complimented with ample amenities and facilities.

The project will be the epitome of design complemented with branded interiors by master-jeweler de GRISOGONO, and is themed around the healing properties of turquoise.

Branded by renowned fashion designer Zuhair Murad, Elegance Tower will stud the sky as it takes shape in Downtown Dubai. The luxurious 29-storey tower will offer a range of unique features including the “secret” door in all units, which appears as a decorative shelf display in the living room but opens up directly into the master bedroom, giving the homes a sense of privacy and singularity.
