Dubai, UAE 5 January, 2023: DAMAC Properties has announced that its Community Centre located at the heart of DAMAC Hills 2 (DH2) is fully let. Spanning 123,143 sq. ft., the centre brings the best that retail has to offer to the growing community.

The centre, comprising two floors, offers a diverse range of retail outlets for all ages and interests, including cafes, restaurants, toy stores, ladies and gents’ salons, electronic shops, tailor shops, pet stores, kids play areas, and a nursery.

Furthermore, the centre houses well-known brands such as Carrefour, Starbucks and the Saudi German Hospital to name few, aiming to bring everything that residents need right at their doorsteps.

Niall Mc Loughlin, Senior Vice President of DAMAC said: ‘We believe that the DAMAC Hills 2community centre is a testament to our continuous effort to cater to the tastes and preferences of our residents and enrich their experience in the community. The increasing need for convenience supported by the carefully selected commercial offerings played a major role in increasing footfall to the centre and retailers across Dubai were quick to secure a space at the centre.”

DH2 is a 55 million sq. ft. master development currently home to more than 23,000 residents. The community offers a one-of-a-kind charm surrounded by nature, fitness and wellness outlets.

“We aim to create a vibrant community that reflects our commitment to launch unique developments with an aim to develop different areas in and around Dubai”, Mc Loughlin added.

Its location on the outskirts of Dubai provides a unique and adventure-filled escape that promotes an active lifestyle for clientele seeking tranquility and wellness, supported by bicycle tracks, a jogging track (3 km), dedicated and distinct sports fields, courts and pitches, a waterpark, lakes, a Zen Garden for yoga enthusiasts, a dog park, a bird aviary and paintball arena.

The announcement comes on the heels of the recently launched ‘Happiness Centre’ in the DAMAC Hills 2 Community Centre, which aims to serve customers better by providing a place for them to meet DAMAC Customer Relations Management staff face to face to voice their concerns and quickly resolve any issues.
